Refund policy for Pro and Enterprise community subscriptions. Last updated: March 2026.

FollowTo offers per-community subscriptions (Pro at $5/mo, Enterprise at $19/mo) billed via Paddle. This policy describes when refunds are available.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you upgrade a community to Pro or Enterprise and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that community. To request a refund, email billing@followto.io with your community name and transaction reference.

Renewals

Subsequent billing cycles (monthly or yearly renewals) are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing dashboard; your community keeps its paid plan until the end of the current billing period.

Yearly plans

Yearly plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after the 14-day window, except where required by applicable consumer protection law (e.g. EU distance selling regulations, Indian Consumer Protection Act 2019).

Attendee tickets

FollowTo does not process event payments. If an organizer shares a payment link or payment details on their event page, refund terms are set by the organizer, not by FollowTo.

How to request a refund

Email billing@followto.io with your account email, community name, and Paddle transaction ID. We process refund requests within 5 business days.
